REGIONALS... [06 Mar 2005|10:18am] [ mood | cheerful ] Well yesterday was Regionals.. I got an 8.05 on the Vault. And an 8.1 on Beam. I didnt do so well on beam, i was pretty shaky and VERY nervous.... Well all in all we finished in 6th place. That's alright though cuz we had a great season anyway. Good Job to Ashley Ponder for making it to States!! We're all proud of you! Well today Steph is probably going to come over, and I dont know what else.. P.S. Leanne has a game, which i will NOT be attending! 2 * <3

[04 Mar 2005|12:10pm] [ mood | SO WORRIED ABOUT TOMORROW! ] Today- Going out to lunch with the team at 1:00. Then after that i have practice from 2:30-5:30. And then after THAT we're going to the Division 3's to watch the ladies do their thing! Good luck girls... well today is very hectic and i'm not gonna be home until LATE! so don't bother calling cuz i'm not gonna be there. LOL Then TOMORROW! ahhhhhhhhhhh REGIONALS omg i am so NERVOUS.. well thats ok, i'm doing table vault though, i'm just a lil worried about how that is gonna go, but i'm gettin pretty good at it! [26 Feb 2005|01:49pm] [ mood | contemplative ] [ music | Bless The Broken Road ]    Regionals commin up.. next saturday... ahhhhhh i'm so nervous Well lets see, no one ever comments in my jounal... so this might be my last one unless ppl start to comment... The last few week: Monday- Gold Day...... SNOW DAY!!!! Tuesday- Blue day- 1st block- Spanish, Krazy Krussman opened the window AGAIN! I was wearing a short sleve shirt and it was f'n snowing in the class room. Ahh i dunno what we're gonna do w/ her. 3rd block- Gay design for living. was pretty boring. It was freezing in her room too! We are doing some floor plan thing, i think as we start accually designing it, it will get a lil funner! Then 5th block, we are reading a book called Animal Farm, its not too bad, other than its all these animals talking. MIDDLE LUNCH- that was a drag, no body ever talks to me, they just ignore me, i mean i could seriously like sit by myself and it be the same as sitting where i usually do. Went back to english and finnished up some chapter questions. Mrs. Nicols taught us again. Then had 7th block, went to the library and finnished up our region project. Gymnastics practice after school, pretty much sat there the whole entire time... went home and did nothing. like ususal. Wednesday- Gold day. 2nd block, Science that was pretty boring, so boring i dont even remember what we did. SEMINAR! ahh that was the best cuz Samy is in that class.. First hadda run some scheduels to B-House office, then came back and had nothing to do so i helped samy study for some math. FIRST LUNCH- always funn.... 6th block, math. had some reveiw for our test for friday. 8th block, PE- had our Badminton tournies. didn't do that well but who really cares. Gymnastics practice after school. then at 6:20 went off to dance (Jazz) w/ samy. That was a blast, haven't been there in a while but hey I caugt up didnt I. came home did some homework and went to bed. Thursday- Blue day. Same ol' boring day. Had a councling appt. in 7th block, then had to schedule one for friday. Practice from 4:30 to 6:30. Got home around 6:45. Missy was over, and then samy came over so we could right our rough draft paper for Math. that was real boring (but Samy made it all the fun... lol) Then samy went home. and i went to bed a few hours later. Friday- (Yesterday) Gold Day- My FAVORITE day. In seminar had another councling appointment. Got back and helped samy do corrections for her math quizes. In math we had our test i think i did pretty good. Practice after school untill about 5:00.. I got my round off Back hand, back hand. (w/ Cortney spotting me) that made me real happy. Came home and at 8:00 wathced Degrassi. god though, i hate at the end of shows they are like To Be Continued........ ahh thats what happened i was like MAN! Well today I really have absolutly nothing to do. just sittin around the house. I'll be surprised if someone reads this, but if you do call and maybe we can do somethin!       I hate all the lies too! :-(   :-/ 9 * <3

League Champions [12 Feb 2005|10:52am] [ mood | ecstatic ] [ music | We Are The Champions ] YOUR LOOKING AT THE GREAT LAKES GYMNASTICS LEAGUE CHAMPIONS OF 2005!!! Good job yesterday ladies, that was the best. Great Scores and Great Routines. I'm so proud of all of you. A lot of high scores and regional scores..omg that was the best. Well, my dad tried to tape it but our camera is gay and is messed up. So he only got vault and bars.(>:o) Heather and Cortney eating that chalk! Ha that was hilarious. Singing "We Are The Champions" was the best. Even though we only knew the words "we are the champions" everybody got pretty into it! Yesterday was the most awesome day EVER! I've got a new highscore! 8.3!, I cant believe i'm acually doing this good. I was really happy cuz i finally landed my dismount, which i've been waiting to land FOREVER! I really didnt care if i fell one thousand times, just as long as i landed that back tuck! Whew, I am really exhausted right now, I had to be at the school at 7:00 and I didnt get home till like almost 5:00 and I didnt even stay for the WHOLE THING! omg there was like a billion schools there.. Salem Invitational! [29 Jan 2005|02:00pm] [ mood | cheerful ] Salem Invitational: Event I competed on- Beam:    Well, today I hadda get up at 6:00AM, but it was all worth it. We had and invite at Salem. Good Job Everybody. Well lets see.... Event: Beam:  1st Place BABY!!...I was so happy, I competed the event and I was so surprised cuz I got a gold metal my FIRST year on the team! We scored a 35.95 on the even. Good Job To: Ashley Ponder, Amanda Ponder,Ashley Neale, and Chealsea Kosmala! Event: Vault:  5th Place!... Good Job To: Jill Nieman, Madeline Brem, Ashley Ponder, Amanda Ponder, and Ashley Neale! Everybody did so good today! I'm So Proud of All Of You! (even those who didn't compete) Your Cheering Kept Us Going!   GOOD JOB GUYS... 2 * <3
